- Tax bill mailing
- By November 23, 2026 (the fourth Monday in November); Idaho's official property-tax guidance states most county tax bills are mailed by that date.
- Payment deadline
- December 21, 2026 for the full amount or first half (statutory December 20 falls on Sunday; next business day); second half June 21, 2027 (statutory June 20 falls on Sunday; next business day).
- Assessment appeal
- June 22, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.; the official assessor page identifies this deadline for 2026 property-value appeals.

April 15, 2026 for the 2026 Property Tax Reduction program; the official Twin Falls assessor page states the 2026 homeowner exemption may be received by December 31, 2026.
Senior relief
Idaho's Property Tax Reduction (Circuit Breaker) program may assist qualifying homeowners age 65 or older, widows/widowers, blind applicants, qualifying disabled applicants, former POWs/hostages, and certain fatherless or motherless minors. Eligibility is income- and expense-based; the 2026 application period was January 1-April 15, and the benefit appears on the December 2026 bill.
