June 30, 2026 for the home-exemption claim applied to the February 20, 2027 payment cycle.
Senior relief
The reviewed official Maui home-exemption instructions do not publish a separate age-65-only exemption amount; qualifying owner-occupants may receive a $300,000 taxable-assessed-value reduction and owner-occupied classification, subject to residency, occupancy, and filing requirements.
