- Tax bill mailing
- On or before November 1, 2026; Santa Rosa's official Tax Collector source states collection begins November 1 but did not publish a separate 2026 mailing day.
- Payment deadline
- March 31, 2027; 2026 real-property taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027 to avoid becoming delinquent April 1, 2027.

Senior relief
Santa Rosa's official dates identify a January 1-June 1 filing period for persons 65 or over; qualifying homestead and income requirements under Florida Statute 196.075 apply, with the annual state income limit subject to publication by the Florida Department of Revenue.
Valuation limits
Florida Save Our Homes generally limits annual homestead assessed-value growth to the lesser of 3% or the CPI change; the Florida Department of Revenue published a 2.7% 2026 cap. The cap does not apply to every property or taxing component.
