July 15, 2026 for the Colorado Senior Homestead Exemption; Summit County's official exemption page states the program can exempt up to 50% of the first $200,000 of actual value when funded.
Senior relief
Summit County follows Colorado's senior homestead program: generally age 65+ on January 1, ownership and primary-residence occupancy for at least 10 consecutive years, and 50% of the first $200,000 of actual value exempt when funded.
