March 31, 2026.
Senior relief
Senior exemption up to $150,000 of assessed value; qualifying owner is generally age 65+ or a qualifying widow/widower age 60+, must meet Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend eligibility, and must apply by March 31.
Valuation limits
No individual annual assessment-growth cap identified in the official source reviewed; Alaska requires full and true market value as of January 1. The state and local tax-cap rules limit levies or aggregate revenue, not an individual parcel's annual assessed-value growth.
For a valuation appeal, use the appeal date in the tax and filing section above. Keep your notice, supporting evidence, and proof of submission.
